It’s never easy being a diabetic and with a sweet tooth it’s less fun. Add to that Diabetic w/sweet tooth and a continual battle with weight. ahhh the trials and tribulations of the weighty waddler.

Sometimes it’s mental focus that is required….so the aural pleasure of cookies baking on a cold winter morning will suffice for this holiday season. That and an occasional photograph of them.
